Edna's Cake Creations & Confections was started in 1980 by Edna Welch out of her home and has since expanded into a business in Natchez, MS.

Edna's Cake Creations & Confections specializes in wedding cakes with many different types. We offer  many other desserts, including birthday cakes, shower cakes, pies, candies, cookies, petit fours, and many others.

Edna's cakes have been featured in Southern Bride, Premiere Bride, and Mississippi Magazine, as well as newspapers such as The Clarion Ledger in Jackson, MS and The Natchez Democrat in Natchez, MS, and The Jambalaya Show on KALB TV in Alexandria, LA
